• - Lead Generation for the US market

• - Leading, Coaching and Development of 5 Team Managers

• - Delivery of billable hours and client SLAs

• - Preventing attrition involving self initiated retention strategies

• - Transformation and Change management, especially in the transition from office to full Work from Home setup.

• - Main point of contact with critical stakeholders (Client point of contact for each solution and internal point of contact for Executive leadership of the Concentrix European corporate headquarters)

• - Working and communicating with key internal departments supporting delivery (mostly HR, Recruitment, finance and IT/Tech)

• - Guarding revenue and margin against pressures from within the team, within the Concentrix organization and the client

• - Extensive involvement in HR Ops: Escalations, WFM, Onboarding, Pay, PTO management

• - Maintaining an accurate running financial overview of the operation and controlling it according to forecasts.

• - Engaging the client positively, proactively and openly

• - Maintaining compliance, both internal and client side.

• - Involvement in RFP processes
