i have been working in HR since 2009 (always in international companies) and bring 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR and process optimization, coaching and change management. I am at my best when I can work with executives and their teams in achieving work happiness, increasing collaboration and achieving sustainable change. As a person I am both empathic and analytical and this combination helps me to bring fast and effective solutions, always with the heart of the people and company in mind.

Ik ben sinds 2009 werkzaam in het HR vak (altijd in internationale omgevingen en heb 10+ jaar ervaring in HR Business Partnering, HR optimalizatie, processverbetering, coaching en verandermanagement. Ik kom het best tot mijn recht in een functie waarin ik management en teams kan helpen beter samen te werken, processen te optimaliseren en verandering duurzaam te verwezelijken.
