I help startups and scale-ups ship mobile products with Flutter and Dart — from first commit to App Store.

As an independent consultant, I embed directly with founding teams to own the technical side: architecture, development, hiring support, and developer training. My engagements range from 3-day intensive workshops to 11-month CTO-level partnerships.

Selected missions:

▸ NoCoffee / Dooz Smart Home (22 months) — Built a custom cross-platform BLE (Bluetooth 5) package from scratch. Abstracted iOS CoreBluetooth and Android BLE SDKs into a single Dart API used by the entire smart home app. Still actively used and maintained by the community (42 GitHub stars).

▸ weebi.com (11 months) — Fractional CTO. Owned full stack from Dart gRPC backend to Flutter mobile app. Managed technical strategy and delivery.

▸ XOXNO (8 months) — Led Flutter development for a blockchain marketplace. Standardized reusable Dart packages for API and service integration.

▸ MUNIC (6 months) — Embedded to elevate app quality: implemented best practices, authored technical documentation, improved test coverage.

▸ Lunii (3 months) — Senior dev reinforcement to unblock critical path and accelerate product launch.

▸ ADEO Services (3 months) — Built Flutter architecture from scratch, trained ~5 developers, created white-label components for the ADEO app ecosystem.

▸ Boursorama (3-day intensive) — Designed and delivered a hands-on Flutter training workshop for their mobile engineering team.

• xfwd.link — Link shortener service, built and deployed solo

Led mobile development for a regulated FinTech platform from MVP to production, handling real client assets under management.

• Built all client-facing mobile applications end-to-end with Flutter

• Architected the "Regular" DeFi investment app — designed for regulatory compliance and financial data security

• Authored technical documentation for engineering teams and financial regulators (audit-ready)

• Collaborated with product & design to define features and technical roadmap
