 Attending to client's conference meetings and visiting to client's locations for technical discussions & clarifications.

 Verifying and approving new design castings pattern drawings. Working as Technical Bid Evaluator.

 Doing Product Presentation in front of new customer for business development.

 Coordinate with Sale and business development teams for new products portfolio.

Design Engineer (New Design & Development) Design and Development of Special Valve 's using computer-aided design packages-including solid modeling or casting, machining drawings & assembly in SolidWorks 2016 Improving the design, performance and efficiency of Existing Products. Advising the purchasing department on tooling and product purchase and cost control. Material size calculation for special valves; higher size & high pressure or special service, eg cryogenic, toxic gas, liquid nitrogen, etc. Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve design issues. Being a first-line answering service for all customer technical questions. Ensuring all drawings produced are correct in standard, right reference and as per layout and in compliance with the client's standards and engineering practices described in the Project Co-ordinations procedure identified and rectified errors .  Have been Conducted & Witnessed Type Acceptance Testing (TAT) as per MESC SPE 77/300; Fugitive Emission Testing (FET) as per MESC 77/312& Fire Safe Testing as per API 607 / 6FA

 Ensuring all drawings produced are correct in standard, right reference and as per layout and in compliance with the client's standards and engineering practices described in the project Co-ordinations procedure, identified and rectified errors.

 Maintaining regular coordination with other disciplines including, projects, purchase, machine shop and testing department during all stages of the design and secured concurrence of all involved engineering personnel
