Kersia SAPS/4HANA program (9M€): led the business process mapping, scoping, sizing and

presented a global SAP solution for chemicals. Organized functional workshop and defined the

roll out approach and the change management approach.

LE SAFFRE SAP S/4HANA Roll out (18M €): led the Business process mapping, sizing and design

of a global SAP roll out strategy.

Cérélia SAP S4/ HANA roll out for France (1.5M€): led the Business process and applications

mapping, sizing and roll out approach for core model.

MND Core Model SAP international Roll out: led the Project Management of China, Italy and

USA Roll out on core model SD/MM/PS/ PP and FI CO
