TUFF partners with content creators to build unique, creator-driven brands. In my role as Head of Design, I led the entire process — from concept and storytelling to branding and product design. Working within a very small team, I collaborated particularly closely with the sourcing lead to ensure product quality and alignment.

At Innovative Beauty Group, I led the design team and oversaw projects from concept to final delivery. Managing multiple beauty and lifestyle brands simultaneously, I directed storytelling, branding, packaging, and creative presentations while collaborating closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment across all deliverables.

At Maesa Group, I created exclusive and private-label beauty brands within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. I directed concept development, visual identity, and packaging across multiple projects, working closely with marketing, designers, and cross-functional teams.
