I’m Julie, and I am currently working as a freelance designer, with a focus on brand experience design. I love contributing ideas on how honest brands can reach new customers in creative ways. I think it is important for a brand to have a personal, human touch, and I enjoy helping them realize this. I don’t work only digitally; I also like to integrate crafty details into my designs. Packaging design, web design, visual communication, and content creation are aspects I truly enjoy working on. Exploring and understanding how people behave in a relevant context, and translating this into the fundamental needs of stakeholders, forms the foundation of every design I create.

In my spare time, I like to be creative and make things with my hands, such as ceramics,

clothes, or food. I enjoy visiting museums or inspiration, having coffee in the sun, and

traveling around the world to explore other cultures, which I use as inspiration in my work.

Currently working as a freelance designer on several projects for Boon Edam. My work focuses on UX/UI design to improve the interaction between users and their products. This includes conducting field research to understand user behavior, frustrations, and needs, and translating these insights into concepts for product redesigns. In addition, I am working on business innovation by developing future scenarios to help Boon Edam remain relevant, adaptable,
and responsive to global changes. These explorations will be translated into strategy and used to uncover new opportunities for the organization.
