- FMO is the Dutch Development Finance Institution that invests in energy, agriculture and financial institutions in emerging markets. Held various interim and project positions, namely: (1) Interim Technical Assistance (TA) Officer for the energy and the financial institutions sectors; Originating, developing and monitoring a portfolio of TA projects in Africa, Asia, and LAC including design of TA projects, ecosystem interventions and fund TAFs on themes such as equitable benefit sharing, community engagement, green finance and gender inclusion. (2) Consultant to define and operationalize Customer Value Creation for FMO company-wide. (3) Development of TA Facility (TAF) templates and guidelines for fund managers; Review of (DFI) TAF trends.
- We Can Work is a Mastercard Foundation program for entrepreneurs with a disability in 7 countries. Work on this program included: (1) Designing the access to finance strategy, training material and concessional financial instruments (2) 1-year evaluation of the milestone-based funding instrument and design adaptations.
- Business Development support for Crosswise Works, a Dutch NGO active across Africa. Designing and writing concept notes and proposals for donors and funders (NL and Int'l).
- Design of Ascend Social Return Fund -a fund for female agri- entrepreneurs in Zimbabwe combining cash and in-kind repayments
- Mapping the (financial) ecosystem for scale-up, women-led agri-businesses in Tanzania for the project Waendeleza. Design of monitoring framework to track scale-ups' progress in support program.
- Meridia Land B.V.Head of Finance and Operationsnovember 2021 - juni 2023 (1 jaar en 7 maanden)Meridia is a social enterprise providing supply chain traceability for key commodities in emerging economies. Meridia is present in 5 countries with 100+ staff. As Head of Finance and Operations responsible for:
- Finance Control and monitoring of country and consolidated budgets, project budgets, donor reporting, design and roll-out of financial process improvements at HQ and OpCos, management of external financial service providers, periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and modelling for Meridia board.
- Investment Investor reporting, negotiated a €300K working capital facility from the Common Fund for Commodities, financial modelling for Series A round.
- Legal Review and negotiation of Meridia contracts with corporate clients, donors, staff and third parties. Design and roll-out of simplified and harmonised contract templates and processes for service providers, employees and customers.
- HR Managing Meridia's operations and processes to attract, support, empower and develop staff. Design and roll-out of: harmonised review cycle, in-house leave systems, onboarding process and toolkit, recruitment process and toolkit.

- Ganacsi4Change Team leader and trainer-of trainer for a community investment program and entrepreneurship training curriculum for internally displaced persons in rural Somaliland.
- Waste to Energy Design and deliver a training to local waste management company on business development of a newly imported bio digester.
- The Next Economy Program A youth entrepreneurship & employment program deployed through local hubs in 6 Locations in Nigeria, Mali and Somalia. (1) Location Coordinator for Jos and Abuja (Nigeria) (2) Design and coordination of the program's gender strategy across all locations. (3) Development of training (and TOT) materials for the financial literacy and access to finance modules of the incubation program.
