Led supply chain strategy and logistics operations for one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the Benelux market.

Supply chain strategy & process design

• • Designed and implemented global supply chain strategies in coordination with HQ in Korea, covering logistics, demand planning, order management, billing, returns, and refunds — improving end-to-end process consistency across the Benelux operation.

• • Drove cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives spanning eCommerce, sample product management, business partner systems, sustainability, product bundling, downgrade sales, and scrapped stock consolidation.

Logistics network & partner management

• • Built and optimized a multi-channel logistics network (B2B, B2C, eCom), partnering with HQ and local stakeholders to deliver logistics solutions that measurably improved customer satisfaction.

• • Led full-cycle integration of strategic 4PL/3PL partners — from RFP/RFQ and contract negotiation through to operational go-live — covering inbound procurement, warehousing, outbound distribution, home delivery, installation, and parcel/pick-up point services.
