At Rijkswaterstaat, I work as a Solution Architect, focusing on integrating strategy, innovation, and teamwork across all areas of architecture. I was engaged with the business architecture layer, analyzing organizational challenges in close collaboration with leaders, managers, product owners, and tech leads. This thorough understanding of key issues helped shape a vision docu ment. Together with company leadership, I developed this document to outline our strategic ob jectives and capture the motivation views that steer our organizational goals.

During my time here, I have addressed various architectural efforts by helping to form a central ized architecture team. By utilizing our centralized architecture repository, we promoted align ment and collaboration across different areas. In my position, I regularly apply TOGAF methodology and its principles to develop and maintain a strong architectural framework. For documentation purposes, I have used ArchiMate to create various architectural artifacts, ensuring our documentation is clear and precise.

• • Developed microservice-based applications for global TNT/FedEx customer shipping platform, integrating both TNT and FedEx APIs within a Docker/AWS deployment model.

• • Built reactive data migration services using Kafka and Akka Streams for a legacy-to-platform customer transition project.
