Ik help private equity fondsen, PE-backed bedrijven en ondernemers in transaction-heavy en decision-critical fases: van investment/deal strategie en procesregie tot post-deal value creation (PMI, synergie en performance improvement).

Met 13+ jaar ervaring in private equity, strategie en M&A word ik vaak ingeschakeld wanneer snelheid, structuur en scherpe keuzes nodig zijn. Ik combineer board-level denken met hands-on uitvoering: ik neem eigenaarschap over het proces, houd stakeholders aligned en zorg dat deliverables op tijd en op niveau staan.

Waar ik typisch op word ingezet:
• M&A en investment strategie support (buy-side en sell-side): deal thesis, target screening, commerciële en financiële analyse, waarderingslogica, onderhandelingen en decision support
• Deal procesregie: planning, workstreams, dataroom/Q&A, coördinatie van adviseurs, voorbereiding van management, board/investor materials
• Sell-side ondersteuning voor ondernemers: positionering, informatiememorandum, KPI story, voorbereiding op diligence, begeleiding richting een goede deal
• Post-deal: 100-day plan, PMI, synergy mapping/sizing, value creation governance en KPI cadence

Aanpak (pragmatisch, geen onnodige consultancy):
Ik werk met duidelijke deliverables, korte sprints en strak stakeholder management. Waar nuttig zet ik moderne tooling en (lichte) automatisering in om status updates, pack drafting en normalisatie efficiënt te maken, zodat het team focus houdt op beslissingen en uitvoering.

Beschikbaar voor deal-sprints (screening/IC support, process management), project-based trajecten (buy/sell-side) en retainer-rollen (bijv. 1 dag/week) om continuïteit te borgen.
