I lead strategy, operations, and career development programs for SheSharp (S#E) is a non-profit foundation empowering women and non-binary individuals to thrive in the tech industry. We provide a platform of free resources, career development programs, scholarships, and opportunities to accelerate their tech careers.

Developed and facilitated a hybrid 10 week course about Agility and Design Thinking for a group of female entrepreneurs to effectively apply principles in their professional endeavours to drive business and personal growth.
