Hi there!

I'm currently the Lead Content Designer (UX Writer) at IKEA. I love what I do, so I'm looking to fill my spare time with other freelance UX Writing projects. I hope to provide guidance and systems to companies who are new to content design and don't know where to start.

I've been involved in UX writing for the last decade, having worked as a Senior UX Writer for various startups and tech companies such as Booking.com, Freelancer.com and Just Eat.

What I love:

- Content auditing (obsessed with consistency as a guidance for user experience)

- Creating copy components that can be re-used and shared amongst product teams to ensure great UX writing despite minimal resources

- Design systems

- Determining terminology

- Creating localisation guides
