As an independent Strategy Alignment Consultant, I work at the intersection of strategic direction and organization-wide execution. I help organizations with strategy implementation, transformation, and alignment challenges: translating ambition into focus, formulating measurable objectives, and clearly organizing ownership. I have primarily addressed these types of issues within organizations undergoing transformation, carrying out a strategic repositioning, or experiencing underperformance.

During transformations, strategic realignment, or growth optimization, strategy is often not effectively translated or embedded. Adoption and intended impact therefore fall short. This is especially critical for organizations with ambitious goals and/or complex structures, where alignment and collaboration are essential for achieving real results.

I guide organizations and leaders in making their strategy concrete and embedding it throughout the organization. I create alignment and ownership so that every part of the organization understands how it contributes to success. The result: Strategy becomes tangible, embraced, and immediately actionable, with measurable impact.

With a Master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam and over 10 years of experience, I have worked for and advised a variety of organizations, including Talpa Network, VodafoneZiggo, AEGON, Young Capital, ING, Philips, and others, in roles such as Growth Architect, Growth Strategy Advisor and Strategy Manager. I have led numerous initiatives around strategy sharpening, focus definition, and large-scale OKR implementation, helping organizations translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes.
