I have built my career delivering HR in complex, fast-moving environments where clarity, structure, and calm leadership are essential—growth, restructuring, integration, and leadership transition. I am often brought in when HR team redesigning/ revamping their offering and needs to be stabilized, strengthened, or temporarily led.
