Operational leadership for organisations that matter. With fast experience in building foundations and structures across multi-venue and multi-site environments. I partner with mission-driven ambitious teams, founders, funds and or portfolio companies to turn drive and growth into execution.

My background is in large scale international project operations. As Head of Production at MATCH Hospitality, I led the operational delivery of VIP hospitality for two FIFA World Cups. Managing a headquarters team of directors in Rio de Janeiro, overseeing VIP catering delivery across eight stadiums during the 2014 tournament. Holding accountability for substantial budgets in combination with sub-contracting management, oversight and delivery.

For the past eight years I co-founded, funded and operationally led I AM College. A private entrepreneurship-focused MBO education institution from pre-revenue to a stable two-location organisation with 100 students and 20 staff. Designing its governance, shareholder and financial structures from zero. Alongside this, I co-built an investment platform with the goal of funding and operating impact driven businesses. The fund did not reach the scale I had hoped for. The school endures. Both gave me extensive knowledge about the dynamics related to entrepreneurship, skin in the game and investing.

What I have learned about myself: I thrive in environments with physical complexity such as buildings, venues, campuses, infrastructure, etc. This combined with being part of a professional team, serious budgets and a mission that holds up morally. I am at my best as a senior operator embedded in a larger structure within dynamic environments, not as a solo consultant.

I am looking for an Operations/Project Director or Operating Partner role within a portfolio company, an impact-driven scale up/fund, or dynamic operational environments where committed delivery and development is what's needed.
