I help organisations turn complex change into lasting adoption.
As a Senior Change & Program Leader, I bring 20+ years of experience in large-scale transformation across aviation, public sector and IT service environments in NL, FR, CA and the UK.
My added value lies in combining three domains that normally sit in different silos:
organisational change, process harmonisation and IAM / cybersecurity adoption.
That allows me to work at strategy level with boards and directors, and at delivery level with teams who need to adopt new ways of working.

Facilitated adoption through targeted stakeholder coaching, role-based adoption workshops and communication rollout across 150+ internal and supplier stakeholders.
