Multidisciplinary Program / Project Manager with over 15 years of international experience spanning science, tech, heritage tourism, and sustainability sectors. Also known for building thriving research communities for UX. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, UX research team panel management, working with tech teams, data scientists, managing visual communications and working with comms teams and more. I received intensive 1 2 1 change management training in my most recent role where we driving adoption of a carbon emissions tracking hub for the organization. In my role at Elsevier, I started the Signature Career's program, an annual 1 week event to boost employee engagement, as well as the Customer Engagement Program where I invited scientists, customers from my panel and more, to speak at Elsevier to also boost employee engagement and foster better relations between employees and customers. I have experience working with government on large scale tourism marketing projects and more. One event included the presidents from 9 southern African countries, an expedition around southern Africa to promote transfrontier conservation areas. My experience includes managing visual comms and comms including museum exhibitions, website development, managing translations and much more.
