Solution for car rental fleet management.

Frontend development done by revamping the Next.js backoffice by disabling SSR (Server-Side-Rendering) to turn it into an SPA (Single Page Application) and host it later in AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloudfront.

Divided the UI (User Interface) into React components, with Storybook, CSS styling done with Tailwind. TDD (Test-Driven-Development) done through unit testing, functional testing and visual regression testing with Cypress.

Worked with Docker containers, deployments made with Kubernetes, orchestration with Lens. Made microservices communicating with gRPC, manual REST API testing through Postman, storing data in MongoDB database, migrations handled with Mongock.

Implemented an invoice generation feature with Apache PDFBox, made unit tests with JUnit and mocked JWT tokens for authentication through services. Made enhancements to the backend services written in Java with the Spring Boot framework, implemented i18n (internationalization), realtime push notifications through Google Firebase.

Migrated authentication mechanism with AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cognito, invoices stored inside Azure Blob Storage. CI (Continuous integration) and delivery done through GitLab, automated releases and changelog generation through semantic-release according to the conventional commits guidelines.

Solution for managing companies inventory.

Migrated the frontend part of the backoffice written in PHP with the Symfony 2 Framework into React. Reduced technical debt by writing better component unit tests with the React Testing Library.

Added Redux for global state management, with Redux Toolkit and replaced REST API calls done with Axios by RTK Query (Redux Toolkit Query). Moved Jest unit tests to component unit tests using Cypress to avoid mocking real web browser API and environment.

UI (User Interface) components made in isolation with Storybook, wrote Docker images with headless browser functiontal testing and visual regression testing. CSS styling done with Mantine UI.

CI (Continuous integration) and CD (Continuous delivery) done through GitLab with the help of Jenkins code quality and vulnerability monitoring done through SonarQube.

Global leader in the development and management of renewable energy projects across wind, solar, hydroelectric, and geothermal sources.

Revamped the frontend part of their backoffice used to manage their renewable energy structures. Made a new backoffice from the ground up with Angular 11.

Incorporated the new Enel’s brand identity through a library of components made with Storybook. Turned that library into an Angular-based library project to make them reusable across diverse projects in the organization.

Used NGRX for global state management and NGRX Data for simplifying management of data entities. TDD (Test-Driven-Development) practices using Cypress for functional testing and component testing.
