Working with a multidisciplinary team to support companies such as KPMG, banks, and financial institutions in assessing biodiversity impacts and dependencies. Co-develop open-source tools and geodatabases aligned with CSRD-ESRS E4 in the THRIVE methodology. Translate complex ecological data (Researchers) into clear insights for companies, policymakers, and municipalities. Promote internal collaboration through knowledge exchange, capacity-building, and strategic coordination. Design and maintain a comprehensive biodiversity geodatabase and develop methodologies for measuring biodiversity across industries. Implement open-source QGIS & ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Dashboards, others) tools for data visualization, metadata collection, and geospatial analysis, ensuring results are clear and actionable. Produce maps, dashboards, and reports that enable decision makers in companies and municipalities to identify priority actions for biodiversity protection, restoration, and risk management. Facilitate knowledge transfer by translating complex ecological research into practical GIS outputs for diverse stakeholders.

Led integrated DRR strategies aligned with the Sendai Framework, SDGs, and national climate policy. Directed environmental projects on watershed protection, forest conservation, and land-use planning. Built partnerships with UN agencies, NGOs, and governments to drive risk and biodiversity initiatives. Conducted vulnerability assessments and promoted ecosystem awareness through outreach and engagement. Generate geospatial data for decision makers and create valuable insights with GIS Tools (ESRI Package / OpenSource). Managed GIS databases, automation processes, and mapping for risk monitoring and policy decision-making. Design and implement the console in the SIS ECU911 for Disaster Risk Reduction. Design a proposal for the creation of the Risk Management Department, to link with the SIS Ecu911 and create historical statistics and geospatial data for the decision and policy makers. Developed GIS-based policy proposals and geospatial tools for disaster prevention. Implemented cartography mapping and geodatabase structures for resilience planning. Incorporate the needs of GIS Tools such as QGIS & ArcGIS.
