I have led and supported multiple high-impact initiatives across the supply chain and technology landscape. I help to connect strategic process design with practical systems enablement to deliver measurable value. I worked closelywith mission critical applications such as SAP S/4, Anaplan and other integrated applications. I am responsible for solution quality, guiding both functional, technical, and integration design and delivery to deployment and go-live.

In my Enterprise solution architect role at Blue Yonder, I led the design and implementation ofAI/ML solutions for demand forecasting and product replenishment for large-scale retailers in Europe. Developed industry-specific blueprints to accelerate implementation and go-live. Additionally, I served as secondary architect, contributing to the design, integration, and project governance of an order management system (OMS) for the e-commerce division of a major retailer in the UK.

At this company, I had the opportunity to help build a successful startup from the ground up. During this period, I also relocated to the Netherlands with my family. The goal was clear: drive growth and scale operations in the DACH region. Along the way, I deepened my expertise in AI and advanced technologies, including cyclic boosting (supervised), k-means clustering (unsupervised), and other autoregressive techniques. I learned how to develop and implement these technologies from scratch, using them to lead change management initiatives, drive process improvements, and achieve cost savings. I led the go-live of approximately 20 customer projects, taking on multiple roles including business analyst, integration developer, secondary architect, process and software configuration consultant, and test & release manager. It was a challenging experience that gave me deep insights into the manufacturing industry, while significantly expanding my technical skills and enabling me to build a life and career in the Netherlands.
