When something goes wrong in an organization — a process breaks, a risk is missed, a vendor isn’t who they say they are — I’m the person who figures it out and builds the system that stops it from happening again.

10+ years working in environments where the stakes were real: child protective services investigations, vendor risk governance at a global publishing company, trust and safety operations. Getting it wrong had legal, human, and financial consequences. So I build things that hold.
