Managed account development and international recruitment for Catenon’s key clients in the Benelux and Spain, operating within a retained business model. I was responsible for the design and execution of global talent acquisition strategies, aligned with client business goals, and oversaw the entire recruitment lifecycle—from defining search plans to sourcing, selecting, negotiating contracts and onboarding.

I led complex recruitment projects across finance, sales, marketing, legal, logistics, and more, placing middle management to C-level professionals across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the Americas. Clients came from a wide range of industries including FMCG, food production, tech, e-commerce, start-ups, and hospitality.

In this role, I led and motivated multicultural teams in Spain, the Netherlands, and India (up to 8 people), managed stakeholder and change processes, supported the onboarding of new colleagues in the Dutch subsidiary, and held P&L responsibility. I operated from a home-office setup, regularly commuting between Madrid and Amsterdam.

Responsible for the recruitment of staff positions (finance, pricing, legal, compliance, procurement, HR) at HQ in the Netherlands and OpCo´s in BE, FR, GE, AU, SW, SP & PO.
