Ellison Institute of Technology/African Clinical Research Network (CRO) – Interim TA Consultant (Health) April 2024- March 2025 (Start-up technology disruptor, solving critical humane endeavours using AI/cutting-edge research)

Create and deliver a market mapping/headhunting/recruitment project plan to establish then build the worlds' first African led clinical research organisation, sponsored by EIT & The Gates Foundation. Hired an entire senior leadership team of 5 and built out their pan-African teams, saving in excess of £180,000 in recruitment fees. Trusted advisor on talent process & HR policy implementation to provide rigour and compliance for future growth using JazzHR and Workable ATS. Trained my African based successor.

Back at Arden, sitting on the People Leadership Team, leading a team of 6 Talent Partners/Co-ordinators, implementing a talent strategy, driving succession planning projects, managing stakeholders and being the driver of all thing's talent (including DE&I) with the executive team, using Teamtailor ATS. Heading up major transformation of a contingent workforce of 400 across to the people services team. Successfully hire & then handover to my permanent replacement.
