I help B2B SaaS and technology companies deliver complex customer implementations with better structure, clearer ownership, and fewer delays.

My background is in SaaS delivery, technical project management, and PMO leadership. Most recently, I led a global PMO team of 7 project managers across Europe, LATAM, and APAC, managing 50+ enterprise implementation projects per year.

I am most useful when delivery becomes hard to control: unclear scope, slow onboarding, delayed customer decisions, weak Sales-to-Delivery handovers, technical dependencies, or at-risk customer accounts.

I can support clients as a hands-on Senior Project Manager, SaaS Implementation Consultant, Delivery Governance Advisor, or fractional PMO / Delivery Lead for 2–3 days per week.

I can help with implementation planning, onboarding improvement, escalation recovery, project health reviews, stakeholder management, handover improvement, KPI tracking, and delivery cadence setup.

I am also building Skillport, an AI-enabled SaaS workflow platform. Through this work, I have hands-on experience with AI-assisted form guidance, chatbot-based support, and planned AI-assisted risk assessment. My focus is practical AI: using automation to make workflows clearer, faster, and easier to manage.
