I’m Mariana, an IT Change Manager with 10 + years leading the people side of SAP, ERP, and AI transformation programmes in multinational environments. I work at the intersection of technology delivery and human adoption. My job is to make sure that when the system goes live, the people are actually ready for it.

What I bring to a programme: end-to-end change architecture, and that means change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, resistance management, communication planning, training design and KPIs tracking.

Technical fluency: SAP/S4HANA, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, advanced Excel.

Governance and reporting: PRINCE2, PM², Agile/Scrum, RAID management, executive-level dashboards.

Structured methodology: Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Design Thinking -applied pragmatically, not dogmatically.

PhD in Sociology (organisational behaviour focus), not just academic background.

Certified in PRINCE2 Foundation, PM², and Agile Project Management.

Fluent in English, French and Romanian; working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

Based in The Hague. Open to assignments in the Netherlands-on-site or hybrid, Belgium and internationally remote.
