    Transformation Initiatives

    ◦ o Setting up a outsourced global HR shared services going from Local to Glocal model
    ◦ o Building and rolling out an employee experience platform using Servicenow HRSD
    ◦ o Established clear SLAs/KPIs, and refreshed reporting tools/catalogue to evaluate the effectiveness of new HR Operating model; used feedback to make any necessary adjustments/improvements as we moved from design to implementation.
    Enhanced HR Capability & Process –
    • ▪ Managing the delivery of SSC there has been a marked improvement in the performance of SSC.
    • ▪ Co-created new KPI/Operations metrics to remove the watermelon effect of SLA's & KPI's
    • ▪ New HR dashboard which is an effective tool to give transparency on ticket status, volumes, KPI's & SLA.

    • ▪ Managed Change/Comms Team to create change plan/impact analysis - designed and activated campaigns that excited and engaged employees and stakeholders. Worked with change champions to advocate transformation and oversaw design and delivery of training/support initiatives to ensure understanding of new processes, approaches, and tools.
