front end of innovation, developing new products for the aviation

industry with a strong focus on weight reduction (for example in the

design of a modular, lightweight brake system for airline trolleys).

Responsibilities include mechanical design, prototyping, experimental

testing, and iterative development of new mechanisms, presenting

project progress and technical findings to the company.

Developed innovative packaging concepts with advanced dosing mechanisms, meeting strict sustainability and safety requirements for detergents. Gained in-depth knowledge of cleaning chemistry, including the behavior and handling of powders, liquids, and solid chemical formulations, as well as packaging recycling, chemical resistance, pump design, dosing systems, and rigorous testing and filling procedures.

Listed as the inventor on a patent. Working in an R&D team with engineers and designers to solve challenging problems by prototyping on a microscopic scale, closely partnering with in-house toolshop manufacturing experts. Tasks include creating userfriendly interfaces for people with fine motor and vision difficulties, designing compression and injection molds for various plastics and silicones, improving and validating new manufacturing processes, all while utilizing all the advanced in-house knowledge and technology.
