• Promote and support data analytics user adoption, usage, increased footprint and data literacy with targeted users in order to maximise value from data. Increased number of target users by >30%.

Strategic Programme Management

• Supported and advised the "Patent Grant Programme" board of Directors to drive the overall €450M digital business transformation with up to 20 concurrent projects, 54 in total >240 resources. Achieved €45M annual benefits, maintained executive sponsorship through difficult challenges and minimised disruption to operations.

• Acted as mentor and coach to the business team leaders - project, change and delivery managers. Advised on strategic choices and provided oversight on vendor management / managed services and IT systems.
