My name is Johan Nuguse.

Born and raised in Amsterdam, happy husband and proud dog owner.

I have significant experience gained from working in recruitment agencies and inhouse recruitment over the last 15 years.

My responsibilities have included:

- Liaising and developing relationships with internal/external clients.

- Coaching, developing, managing and leading people in an agile organization structure.

- Drafting campaigns/recruitment/HR strategies

-Provide end-end recruitment, and much more

I would describe myself as a people person who always achieves through team work.

Aiming to enhance my ability to understand better made me a great communicator over the last decade and makes the experience of speaking with different people from diffrent walks of life very enjoyable.

Help grow the start-up IAMX (Fintech)by recruiting IT professionals.

• Implement and deliver the service and commercial strategy, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing internal clients to ensure compliance and expand areas of service delivery.
