I led the front-end development for Mixie's web application, rebuilding the initial prototype into the first public beta. I set up the architecture using a domain-driven, feature-based approach, enabling high development velocity on a maintainable foundation. I worked closely with the CTO, design director, and a full-stack engineer, and contributed beyond front-end ownership to the Supabase backend, including edge functions for playlist workflows and authentication.

I led the migration of the web application from a legacy v1 to a greenfield v2. I defined the architecture, drove key technology decisions, and introduced trunk-based development to keep the workflow simple and predictable. Working closely with two other senior front-end engineers, we delivered fast development cycles and a high-quality product with minimal bugs and user disruptions. Beyond technical ownership, I also took a proactive role in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and meeting critical deadlines.

I played a key role in migrating a streaming platform from Create React App to Next.js, setting up a solid architecture and simplifying the technology stack. I coached mid-level developers on best practices and design patterns, leaving the team with a more maintainable codebase and a stronger understanding of Next.js.
