With 10+ years of QA experience across Dutch organisations including PostNL and Coolblue Energy, I bring a strategic approach to testing that goes beyond running test scripts. I work closely with product owners, developers, and analysts to make sure requirements are clear, testable, and agreed upon before a line of code is written. At PostNL, this approach reduced sprint bugs by 40–50%.
