Developed real-time analytics pipelines using Kafka and Flink, enabling granular insights into ride fulfillment, cancellations, and demand hotspots. Led migration from monolithic data architecture to scalable, modular models supporting evolving product changes.

• Profitability analysis for key Samasource accounts using workforce management software outputs (Zoho People) coupled with data warehouse metrics and revenue/costs records. I was able to identify, account for and recover lost production hours to increase margins by 10%.

• Redefining requirements, clarifying performance targets and generating data solutions increased analytics efficiency by 25% between Q2-2020 to Q4-2020.

• Tested release candidates of in-house software tools for aggregated management of service delivery, revenue management and business analysis. This involved UI/UX use-case testing, focusing on high priority functionality of the platform.
