As an independent Executive Management Consultant I collaborate with C-suite members to rethink the alignment between business and IT. Ultimately it benefits the company’s profitability, market impact and growth.
My motivation and enthusiasm stem from advising Executive Management and Global Leadership Teams on strategic investment programs and large-scale enterprise-wide (IT) projects. Based on proven experience, certified skills, good judgement, insight and common sense, I am assisting companies in aligning their business and IT strategies.
To drive innovation, my role involves working with Leadership Teams to critically review their (IT) portfolio, with focus on the real added value for the company and stakeholders.
With more than 25 years of experience in Program Management, IT and Financial Audit & (Risk) Advisory Services in a global and multicultural environment, the benefit lies in my capability to merge my understanding of both business and IT.
