I am Arnita, a senior freelance designer based in the Netherlands, with over 13 years of international experience working across brand identity and packaging design, primarily for global FMCG brands. My background spans agency and freelance roles, with long-term involvement across large product portfolios, including new product development, line extensions, redesign projects, and day-to-day brand adaptations.

I have worked extensively within complex brand systems, collaborating with creative directors, strategists, and in-house teams to deliver concept-driven, production-ready design across multiple markets. My experience covers both packaging-led brand work and supporting touchpoints such as e-commerce and brand activation.

I bring a considered, hands-on approach to design, combining concept development with production awareness and adapting easily to different team setups and working styles.

As a freelance designer, I support the studio’s day-to-day work across packaging design development, brand asset creation, and guideline-related tasks. Concept and design development across packaging design, working from initial concept through to finished artwork. My work focused primarily on a tissue brand and a skincare brand, with additional contributions to selected food projects such as cheese. During this time, I developed two tissue packaging designs from concept to final artwork, which were printed and launched in Germany and Italy, marking my first packaging designs to be realised as finished products.
