Agentic Experience & AI Governance Advisor | Design Systems & Product Transformation

I work with organisations facing complexity they can no longer manage with traditional product and design approaches.

This typically happens when:

AI begins to mediate user decisions and actions
multiple systems (product, operations, compliance) must align
design systems need to evolve into governance systems
organisations scale across markets, channels, and regulatory contexts

My role is to turn that complexity into clear, governable structures that teams can actually build and operate.

I operate at the intersection of product, design, and governance, helping organisations move from ambiguity to execution.

1. Agentic Experience & AI Governance

Designing how AI systems interact with users and organisations:

decision flows and automation boundaries
trust, safety, and compliance integration
orchestration of multiple agents and systems

2. Design Systems as Governance

Building design systems that go beyond UI:

tokens, components, and patterns
state logic and behavioural consistency
governance models across teams and markets

3. Product & Experience Transformation

Aligning product, operations, and experience:

end-to-end service ecosystems
platform and multi-sided product design
operating models and delivery structures
