Experience with covert operations, including static and dynamic observations. Also active as a part-time teacher at the Police Academy. Subjects include mobile phone forensics, OSINT and Cybercrime.

The objective of this project is to build up training capacities of five OSCE states in Central Asia, namely Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, to sustainably educate and train their police officers and prosecutors on various aspects of combating cybercrime.
