Conceived, produced, and led festivals and cultural events in Amsterdam and Paris through an innovative concept platform integrating film, theater, dance, visual arts, music, and fashion. Designed events showcasing artists from the new Europe and coordinated with film directors to launch new releases through the platform.

Full operational responsibility: artist booking (Enigma and other international acts), sponsor acquisition, contract negotiation with artists, venues and sponsors, set and production design, multi-channel publicity (TV, radio, print), promotional materials, sound and lighting control, and complete artist logistics including transport and accommodations. Pitched the integrated Eurocontacts concept to investors and collaborated with the fashion industry on visual identity.
