Working closely with the Sales Manager, assisting with some elements of core management responsibilities and with direct management responsibility for +10 Inside Account Managers, including target and goal setting and ensuring the team meet and exceed their sales quotas. Key duties and responsibilities
• Manage, mentor, motivate and coach a team of Internal Account Managers through all aspects of the sales cycle, driving a high performance culture in order to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and develop a team of sales professionals. Drive a high performing team through PDR's, 121's, objective setting and target reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Conducts regular team meetings to set, review and track performance against objectives, provide feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take action to ensure that all teammates are on track with their performance objectives and that they are demonstrating the required behaviours and attitudes.
• Contributes to and drives attendance for client events and new product launches in conjunction with Marketing teams.
• Actively participate in the sales leadership team meetings, alongside the sales manager and in cross-business initiatives where required.
• Drives key business objectives against the sales strategy and cascades objectives to the sales team as required.
• Understand and drive go-to-market strategies within team, to ensure the team has deep understanding of Insight offerings.
