Every year, together with an ambitious team, we work towards a new edition of the most successful and sold out jazz festival in Amsterdam. In this position as board member I am responsible for all financial handling. It allows me to express all my affinity for the cultural sector.

In charge of the daily financial operations for all offices worldwide. Creating the annual global forecast with quarterly revisions. Responsible for reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis along with an indepth analysis and advise for the managing directors, including the modeling of the reports. Building and maintaining a strong foundation for our global finance team, and overall management of the team. Working with both local GAAP and IFRS. In May 2021 MassiveMusic got acquired by Songtradr, I played a keyrole in the entire due diligence process. MassiveMusic is one of the leading creative music agencies in the world with offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo. MassiveMusic produces and composes for the advertising, broadcast branding and interactive worlds. They develop music strategies for global brands, provide music search and licensing services, create innovative activations and scout new talent.

As part of the Management Team, it was my responsibility to take our accountingteam to the next level. This means rolling out strategic policy, measuring satisfaction among different stakeholders and continuously evaluating and adjusting our current strategy based on BI data. In addition, as staff accounting, I supervised an extensive client portfolio of promising tech companies in setting up their finances, handle tax issues and I took care of all annual accounts. Both established tech giants and very young start-ups makes the customer base diverse, this ensured that I continuously switched at customer level. Personal contact is central to the office and this shows my strongest side: translating a critical and analytical view of figures into an understandable story and a clear strategy.
