In my role as Process Owner I am responsible for the integration of a new configurator (CPQ).
Also in this role I had to coordinate the transfer from MS dynamics 365 CRM to the new CRM (Salesforce) for Bystronic.
As a process Owner I am positioned in the Marketing Stream directly reporting to the CMO and responsible for the change management, enablement and the implementation of the processes for Sales. The responsibility for creating interconnected systems which increases the efficiency for Sales (in CPQ), with a fluent process in CRM (salesforce). The responsibility in this function lies to manage an international team which is working remote. The team consist out of Master data (SAP), PIM (Lobster), DAM (Pictureparc) CPQ (Configit), and the internal (CSO/CMO/CFO/CEO) and exteral stakeholders.
As a spokesman of different Stakeholders in the business I have the CRM and CPQ Products in my portfolio to improve the efficiency for Sales, and the process for quote-creation till the end-invoice.
