Spearheaded the digital transformation of a B2B company by implementing HubSpot as a CRM system. Developed middleware to ingest Business Central data into HubSpot (via API), and set up API to provide extra functionality to front-ends (using Python/Flask). Set up Zapier to enhance functionality where HubSpot was lacking.

Provided strategic advice, served as a liaison between management, sales, marketing, and IT, and developed a long-term plan for CRM, database-driven and inbound marketing, customer experience, and NPS measurement implementation.
