I have a total work experience of about 20 year. I work as training content developer creating instructor-led and web-based trainings for clients. I start with needs assessment discussing the gap that needs to be filled through training. This is done by discussing the requirement with the client. Next a set of objectives are discussed and finalized followed by training outline. We also discuss the training duration, if it has to have hands-on lab practice, quiz at the end and so on. The training is created, reviewed, agreed upon and delivered.
