Over the past 8+ years, I have delivered enterprise SaaS implementations, data migration programs, and large-scale operational change initiatives across Europe, Africa, and Asia. My background spans business analysis, consulting, implementation leadership, and program management, allowing me to bridge business, technology, and execution.

I am typically brought in when projects become difficult: priorities conflict, stakeholders are misaligned, ownership is unclear, or delivery momentum has stalled.
