As a team lead, I've gained experience in coaching and building high-performing, customer focused sales teams that play a key role in growing the business. Finally, I've acquired senior management experience as a Sales Director/Sales Manager and member of the Management Team.
My key professional strength, developed through the years and through different working experiences, is the ability to quickly analyse business opportunities and optimize the commercial strategy and operational execution accordingly.
