Hello,

The last 3 years I have improved my developing skills from Junior developer to Technical team lead level.

Besides my current Technical Team lead position I am searching for extra freelancer development assignments.

In my current position I oversee a team of 10+ VBA and VB.NET developers. I developed the guidelines for the development process within the company, give programming masterclasses to new employees and wrote the programming style guide for the development of VBA applications. I personally developed 15+ applications in VBA and VB.NET (going up to 14000+ lines of code). For robotics process automation (RPA) purposes I wrote an extended generic python library including web-automation (selenium), UI-automation and SQL packages. This library is now used across the firm in a high number of applications.

Due to the experience with Python I have developed multiple data scrapers. Depending on the requested data this can either be done by using a combination of Scrapy, Scrapyd and Splash or Selenium.

From my personal projects I have created an extended library of VBA and Python code. Most of this code will be used within the projects I deliver. Therefore, the amount of programming hours needed decreases substantially. Another plus for using generic code is the amount of testing needed decreases in every project.
