After my study in Bachelor of Science (IT and Business), I have worked in projects that rely on implementing change processes within a complex, agile environment. I’m currently a part of the data domain in a leading bank in the Netherlands, responsible for setting up end to end process guidelines and streamlining communication with multiple stakeholders/teams. To track KPIs, progress and issues, I develop dashboards and reports using. Moreover, as a functional advisor for various stakeholders within the domain, I have experience in understanding and translating requirements. Using this insight into the customer’s challenges and needs, I contribute towards the bank’s strategic initiatives involving automation efforts. My current work experience is highly customer-focused, which is one of primary focus points in your job description. Apart from my day-to-day responsibilities, I also enjoy coaching new recruits and creating an atmosphere of continuous mutual learning.
Before my corporate tenure, I gained some management experience at a groceries logistics company where I looked after the logistical planning for three major cities. I also participated in management review meetings to discuss budget control, resource management and process optimization.
