As a senior manager, I combine project and delivery management with people coaching, recruitment, and internal operational management. I have more than 15 years of professional experience in transformation, change, and consultancy, with a passion for projects and people.

I have worked on various domains and roles, from insurance to leading a people unit of over 150 consultants and colleagues.

I have led large-scale implementations, optimized process flows and user experiences, and managed financials and investments. I have a passion for coaching and developing teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and honesty.

I am fluent in four languages and have international experience in Belgium, Germany, and with India. My goal is to drive change and transformation while staying focused on the end goal and the needs of the stakeholders.
