At Proximus we adopt a cloud first strategy, helping our customers from the cloud discovery phase to the migration (towards Microsoft Azure or Proximus private cloud) and offering managed services on top of that. I work for the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) which entails the upper segment in the Benelux market. Responsibilities:
- Identify market needs and customer's business requirements on cloud computing solutions.
- Write business case and calculate ROI.
- Manage development of new professional and managed services.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders: procurement, engineering, legal, marketing, operations, customer support, (pre)sales.
- Enrich the strategy with new ideas and develop programs to meet the targets (including documents for ExCO and Management Committee).

- Manage product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Liaise with many stakeholders: (pre-)sales / marketing / engineering / delivery / support.
- Streamline the process of product changes from intake to release.
