As Business Partner, I am mainly driving the business development of the Business Mentoring Service of Ambits. Our ambition is to make managers better leaders. At the current speed of business, good leadership is a defining factor for (digital) success. No one is perfect or knows it all, leadership is complex and decision making not always easy, so why not embrace the guidance of a mentor who has been in your shoes before? We propose a dedicated mentoring process tracking impact and outcomes, starting in and from the business with mentee profiling to fully understand the ultimate goals and where to go next. Ambits' mentor community is strong and diverse allows for finding the perfect match for every mentee.

I am supporting the business development of corrosion monitoring of large HVAC installations. This monitoring makes it possible to detect the consequences of corrosion at an early stage and avoid major maintenance or replacement costs at low investment rates. RESUS stands for REliable and SUStainable, or better yet REtain and SUStain. Heating and cooling with water as RESUS sees it in circular economy. Early warning. Looking ahead in this way is our contribution to extending lifetimes, an eminently circular way of thinking.
